When you live or work around water as much as we do, you develop the deepest understanding of comfort and warmth. Caddis designers are more than “designers.” They’re anglers, hunters, sportsmen and women that spend as much time in the field as they do the office. They realize the true value triplelayer CaddisDry™ fabric brings to our 100% waterproof, breathable waders. They’ve experienced the importance of perfectly sealed and sewn seams first hand. They’ve trudged across Alaskan peat bogs, navigated the slipperiest algae infested boulder fields, and sat in duck blinds all December long.
It takes this level of dedication to design the unique innovations you’ll find in every Caddis product – innovations that make life in the outdoors comfortable, enjoyable and productive. When you depend on Caddis, expect your outdoor adventures to last and last and last.
I’ve been a long time user of the Caddis breathable waders for Salmon and Steelhead river fishing out here in the northwest. I’ve taking quite a few good falls on gravel banks, rocks, trees, sliding down mud banks, forging paths in thick brushes and branches, and these waders have not ripped or leaked after 10 years of hard use. I took a chance on them over 10 years ago for my first waders and I’m still using the same ones to this day. I’ve had a really great experience with their customer service and Office Manager Amber who went the extra mile for me to get a specialty part which made my day. From my overall experience I will be a Caddis customer for life. Great product, prices, durability and customer service has won me over. Thanks, Larry the Fisherman! - I will be a Caddis customer for life
I bought these waders with one eye open and one eye shut because I thought that at such a low price surely they couldn't be all that good. Boy was I wrong. I have worn everything from rubber to neoprene and bought these for a lightweight backup. Well as it turns out these are the only ones I have worn since my purchase. They are lightweight and so very comfortable. I have been fly fishing for years and have never felt as comfortable as I do now because of these waders. I have experienced very cold and very warm temps and have been very comfortable. I will be getting a second pair of these for backup soon. They are great.. Thanks !! T. Nelson - They are lightweight and so very comfortable.
Caddis you rock !Your customer support and warranty department is like no other, thank you for everything I know Caddis will always be my choice of waders and I’ll be sure to pass on the word of your quality business - Caddis you rock
Caddis Waders are the BEST! Their customer service is bar NONE. I will continue to use their waders as long as humanly possible! Thanks Caddis!! Ted S. - Caddis Waders are the BEST!
I have only ever bought Caddis waders! My 1st pair were a size large woman's teal. Then I decided that I wanted more room for jackets so I bought an XL. They were huge on me everywhere! I contacted Caddis and they helped me go over sizing. They understood my need for more jacket room but not bigger everywhere else. I now have a med stout. It means I have a med body and a bigger top starting at the waist. Perfect fit ! A. D. - Personalized Sizing Help
These waders are the cat's meow! I'm 5'5", 220#. I bought the Large, Short, Stout, and the sizing is perfect. I also bought a "used, like new" from amazon.com for $82, and when they came in, they were new, package never seemed to have been open. The only problem, was I had to buy new wading boots, one size larger than my normal 9 shoe. These have thicker neoprene stockings than my old waders. I highly recommend these waders. - These waders are the cat’s meow!
So far met all my expectations, have only used/worn them once float tubing all day, which meant I did not use my wading boots. I wore wool sucks underneath and had plenty of room while not feeling uncomfortable with flippers on, the top you can cinch up well so no water gets in while your posture gets lazy while floating. I am 6' 1" 185 pounds and the large fits perfectly. Will edit my review once I do some serious wading this winter. - Great first use… More to come!
I purchased these waders in September. I have fished about six times in them and they have been dry (and warm) every time. I'm 6'1" and weigh 230 lbs. I ordered the Large size based on Caddis' fitting chart on their home page (using my shoe size). The fit is a little tighter than my old waders, but still comfortable. The X-large size would have just been too big. The waders come with a wading belt, a repair kit, and a mesh storage bag, though I don't use the bag...I hang my waders up in the closet after they're dry. There is also a nice front pocket where I can slide my reading glasses in and out of, as needed. - Great Waders!
These are good waders for the price. The don't leak at all. The pockets are located in convenient places. The crotch is really long and comfortable, so if you are sitting in a fishcat, you won't get a wedgie. Suspenders are nice and wide. The buckles haven't slipped and they are really easy to adjust while you are wearing them. If you aren't fishing and you sit in a chair, they don't run up your buttcrack. They are easy to walk in and flex good where they need to. The only con is the stocking foot is a little hard to get off compared to others I've worn. - Great Waders, Super Comfortable, Easy to Adjust
Finally got a chance to give these a good workout last week up at the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Overall I'm pleased with how they performed, no issues with any leaks and even withstood a few spills into the river where I landed hard on my knees on some rocks. I was able to stay warm enough with good layering. The fit on these are pretty good. I bought the standard medium size, I'm 5' 7". about 185 lbs, and wear a size 11 shoe. My only real issue with the fit are around the calf area, they are a bit tight. A little more material in this area would be a good idea. The feet on these are HUGE. Even though they're supposed to fit a size 10.5 foot max, they easily fit my size 11 feet with lots of room to spare. When you get wading boots for these get a size larger than your normal size or I don't think you'll be able to fit your feet into the boots. The wader belt that comes with these is adequate but tends to loosen up as you move around, so I needed to check and adjust it a few times during the day. I'll probably replace that with a different belt. - Good waders for a good price
